1. This promotion is open to all Red Hot Poker and Casino players, but should a non-UK resident win, they will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the UK to claim their prize.
2. The winner of the Supercar promotion will be contacted before 11th February 2011.
3. Prize winner must accept the Terms and Conditions of the vehicle supplier to take delivery of the vehicle.
4. The prize must be must be claimed by June 2011, unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of Red Hot Poker.
5. If the winner is under 24 years of age, they can defer claiming their prize until they are of such age. The winner is responsible for any difference in the cost of providing the prize at a later date.
6. The winner can make use of the prize individually or participate in a Red Hot Poker Weekend where a selection of supercars will be available.
7. Red Hot Poker will do its utmost to provide chosen car on preferred date, but vehicle selections are subject to availability.
8. Red Hot Poker reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at any time.

To be eligible for claiming this prize, the driver must:

• be between the ages of twenty four (24) and seventy (70) years of age.
• hold a full and valid British or Overseas driving licence and has done so for at least twenty four (24) months;
• not in the last  five (5) years been found  guilty of a motoring offence resulting in imprisonment and/or a driving ban of more than one (1) month
• not in the last five (5) years been found guilty of any offences involving dishonesty or fraudulent practices
• not use the Vehicle for or in connection with any business purpose
• not take the Vehicle outside of England, Scotland or Wales
• provide a cash or credit card deposit of between £500-£1000 which will be held as a security deposit (insurance excess) against damage or mileage over the allocated 200 miles allowance per day.
• sign a liability declaration and accept the terms and conditions of vehicle hirer before taking possession
• not suffer from any physical or mental affliction which may hamper driving ability
